- JWjulee wooleyDec 4, 20254.0I bring my pool water here to get tested and they tell me what I need to add and what percentage it’s on track. I usually buy some things from them. It seems like a couple times they give me suggestions to add things is in excess of what I actually need so I usually only add like half of what they tell me I need to add and then I bring in the pool water to get it tested again.

Their prices are about average with some decent sales from time to time. The store itself has a fairly complete inventory. I’ve been to two other pool supply stores but they are a longer drive and I’m less familiar with their stock. One of the other stores in particular is a little snooty and not very helpful or well stocked. Leslie's is my go-to pool supply store for a few key reasons. It's the closest one to me, which is incredibly convenient. The staff is always helpful, and I really appreciate that they offer free water testing. Their prices are average, but they do have some good sales occasionally. The store also maintains a fairly complete inventory, so I can usually find what I need. I've tried two other pool supply stores, but they're a longer drive and I'm not as familiar with their stock. One of them, in particular, was a bit unhelpful and didn't seem to have a great selection. Because of the convenience, helpful staff, and good inventory, Leslie's remains my preferred choice.

Even though I forgot to bring my receipt, James replaced the net part of my skimmer free of charge. I was thrilled. Also, I have a spider situation in my pool and I discussed possible solutions with James. He was extremely knowledgeable. Leslie's has a great brand ambassador in James W. I highly recommend that you visit Leslie's for all of your aquatic needs. It really was a great experience!
