They told me 7-10 days and it would be a straight forward repair. 6 weeks later, over 15 phone calls (half that weren’t even answered during normal business hours), and a handful of broken promises, I gave up on this store!! I’m taking my business to a Non-Leslies. This business is understaffed and I blame management for their short comings.
