- YBYalunda BamakoJan 30, 20261.0I would never store my belongings here again. This facility is heavily infested with rats and mice—it is absolutely disgusting. The customer service is far below acceptable standards. Management and staff showed no care or concern for my belongings or the situation at all. Due to the infestation, I was forced to throw away nearly half of my items because they were ruined. Not once did the staff take accountability or offer any real assistance. They simply did not care. I would never support this place and would not store even a dollar store item here. If you care about your belongings, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere—literally across the street or to a safer facility. This location is infested, and neither the managers nor the employees take the issue seriously.
