- WWW WOct 11, 20255.0I know searching for a storage unit can be a task in itself. There are so many rates and location matters. I was pleasantly surprised to find a unit that was reasonably priced for my storge needs. My initial price was based a special which ran me about $30 a month with insurance included for a 5X5 unit. Even with the price being raised to $55 after the special it was still pretty reasonable. I appreciate the self-service aspect. I was able to complete everything online including my move-out. It was truly a smooth process. This facility was clean, and I had access to a moving cart almost every visit. This is truly important for a storage facility to have ample supply of moving carts for tenants. I didn't experience mouse or rat droppings, or even roaches, only the occasional little spider dropping in to say hello. that's how clean it was. I even noticed when the carpet on the elevators was cleaned. I truly appreciate this important detail. This location is near multiple shopping areas. Almost each time I went to my unit there was police presence in the area. I had limited interactions with staff. However, the few times I did speak to staff it was pleasant. If you are looking for a storage unit in this area, I suggest that you check out their rates and give them a try.
