My rate has been the same for over a year as I negotiated it down again. I tried to get it down and the "best" they could do was charging me like an extra $20 a month. They extort people and offer false offers that are for a limited time.. They say you " sign a contract" knowing that your rent can be raised, but they are shady and there should be a government cap on scams like this. When I got the rent raise guess what I did? Immediately scheduled a move out. Shady con artists.
