Seven days later I was told it was now due to arrive on 12/29. I went to the store on 12/30. Told it was delayed again with no explanation and no attempt to find and expedite. Person in order pick up simply shrugged his shoulders, said there was nothing he could do, and that the manager was not there. Extremely poor way to treat a major customer!!!

They care more about corporate greed and their bottom line instead of their relations with the people that support their business. I would highly recommend Home Depot in Hagerstown they have far better customer service and helpful staff. Also when you see the cameras in the parking lots with the little blue lights ,those are from a company called FLOCK. Do a simple YouTube search of what those flock cameras are and how LOWES participates in selling YOUR personal information by tracking your vehicle license plate numbers to selling your personal information by tracking your every movements and selling your personal data to the highest bidder. Are these the type of people you want to do business with?
