We came into Lowe’s with a list of things, and Kelly jumped right in to help. Kelly and Luke got the smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors for a great price! Kelly helped us determine how much flooring we would need to redo the flooring in our house. She helped us figure out how to do our drop down ceiling, and what hardware and supplies we would need. We walked around the store with Kelly for 2 hours. Picking out everything we needed to redo our bathroom, ceiling, drywall, and flooring. Kelly wrote down the products number, so when we went to pay, Kelly had everything ready. The process that seemed overwhelming was easily manageable with Kelly’s help. Kelly was so patient and kind with us. We cannot thank her enough for taking time out of her day to make our project easier. She deserves the most recognition for her dedication to her job and helping customers. Thank you, Kelly!

I wanna give huge kudos to Tom, John , and Casey in the large appliance department. I purchased a whirlpool stand up freezer and a induction cooktop for our built in countertop. Every bit of our questions were answered, we're super pleased with our purchase and all three of these men made the purchase a breeze. We wanted products that were in stock and they had it. Not one time through the process did we feel we inconvenienced any one of them or feel pressured. It was completely welcoming and so for that I need to tell anyone looking for a large appliance at Lowe's you gotta look for any of these three names so you can shop rest assured that they got you covered!!! They all three deserve 5 stars!!!! Thanks team!!!
