But when they delivered the two additional night stands that dont come w the set was not with it. They claim oh we didnt have 2 and the 1 we do have is broken so I dealt with it. The head board is damaged from previous owners we are half way through the year and they still have not brought the new headboard out and doubt they ever will. Every time I speak with the store it's the same thing...WE ARE UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT NOW AND WILL WORK THIS OUT FOR YOU. ITS A JOKE PEOPLE. I WANNA SAVE YOU TIME AND MONEY DO NOT DO NOT GO THROUGH ARRONS IN HAGERSTOWN APPERENTLY IDIOTS RUN THE PLACE.
- MDMr. Ray DuffyMay 23, 20201.0I recommend to not shop at this store. Hagerstown specifically. My lady and I bought a couch from them and the next day it smelt funky and was masked with Febreze. After lifting up the cushions, we noticed that there was an abundant amount of dog hair. We called numerous times about this issue. All we wanted was someone to clean it. When I finally spoke to the manger and told him about this issue, he said, “Theres nothing we can really do about it.” That is the response and assistance you will receive if you have any type of issue with them. They do not care about customers. Also, all of the merchandise within the store is over priced. They were trying to sell us a kitchen table for $1000+ but we found the same one for $150 on amazon. Do your homework before buying from this location or you’ll make the same mistake we did.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
