He saw that I needed assistance with my laundry card, not loading properly and seeming as though I was out of the monies I wanted to use. He walked me through the process so I can be sure that it was loaded properly. I thought my card was charged and no credit on my laundry card but Francis ensured me it would refund and maybe refresh my app and there was my monies back on my card.

- CJChantia Jackson5 days ago5.0Last week, I had a refreshing and quality experience because of the kind and endearing hospitality that I was greeted with and it was continued to be put on display through Inez during my very first experience at Clean Rite Center! I had not visited or had to use a laundromat service in over 30 years and I have to say that I hit the jackpot when I chose this one! I spent a total of 3 hours during my first visit washing, drying, and folding. Throughout my time, Inez checked in on me and made sure that I understood how machines worked and how to use the card machine to upload more money when needed. Kieya followed up with my progress and made sure that she told me that I could get her attention whenever I needed. Inez and Kieya were working so well together, assisting one another with tasks and duties while ensuring the quality of their customer service. I let them know that I was doing a huge washing session before I went back home to Georgia after a few weeks stay in Maryland. I returned this morning after midnight and I was greeted with a great welcome at such a late hour by Gospel! Could it be that Clean Rite Center is getting it right by the quality attendants that they hire or am I just lucky?! I think that it’s both! Gospel was very attentive and he made sure that the facility stayed clean and he also checked in on guests. I appreciated my 2nd experience also! I will be back 1 more time before heading back home and I am looking forward to another good experience with the service of the machines and the great folks assistant the needs of others at any hour! Keep up the great work! I love to see teamwork on display while getting done with the necessities of life! I would recommend this location to anyone seeking a comfortable, clean, and hospitable environment to take care of some essential needs. I care about where I spend my hard earned money and I care about quality over convenience. The machines are great, clean, and ready for use and they offer half off on washers after 10pm. Thank you all for your help and a good experience for a first time (in a long time) girl like me! See you all soon:)

There are always people who are friendly and kind and they're already there to help in anything you want that will help you. And they are drier, it's faster, their washing machine. It's very clean and a place and the environment. It's really nice.
