Technically they are supposed to HONOR those posted prices as THEY are the ones who stocked those items which they DO NOT DO!! Get yourself together people!! Learn how to do the job correctly as this is an on going issue...and before anyone says anything yes I work in a retail store myself and yes I know the way things are in this field! So do your job properly the first time and you wont have aggravated customers who DO NOT WANT to shop there! I prefer HOME DEPOT as they HONOR the shelf posted prices when they have mishaps such as these!!!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
