    I had a very uncomfortable experience at the At Home store. From the moment I walked into the store until the moment I left, a male employee followed me through multiple aisles watching me. He kept pretending to look for things on the shelves but stayed near wherever I went. It felt like I was being monitored instead of allowed to shop peacefully. When I finally went to the register, he walked up there again acting like he was just passing by, which made the situation feel even more obvious and uncomfortable. On top of that, when I asked the cashier a simple question about how to use the store’s app inside the store, she barely responded and didn’t seem to know anything about it. If employees don’t know how the store app works, they should at least try to help instead of ignoring customers. Also, not every person of color who walks into a store is there to steal. Customers should not feel singled out or watched just for shopping. Overall, this experience made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.

    Defintely had the best experience today… they were a little short staffed it seemed but the manager April stopped what she was doing to help us she even walked us to the check out the store is cleaner than last year I asked her if the store was under new management and she told me no that’s when I saw her name tag I told her clearly you are cause you weren’t here last year and your name tag says your a manager we had a good laugh. I will start shopping here again!

    I really can't say enough about the excellent customer service we received from every single associate we interacted with! Made a boxspring purchase in store and arranged for delivery. We were initially helped by manager, April, and she was most attentive and accommodating while coordinating the delivery through the 3rd party service they use, Roadie. I can tell that delivery coordination can at times be a challenge. However, the persistence and communication while ensuring our delivery was made during inclement weather was impressive. I wish I had taken the time to get everyone's name we interacted with, because they all were great. At Home is definitely my new go-to! Please extend our thanks to the entire team!

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges.
