  I started using a storage unit when I got pregnant and needed to prepare our third bedroom for our new addition. I don’t remember his name but the gentleman I worked with to set up the unit (he’s still the regular person there) was friendly and helped get everything set up for me so I wouldn’t have to worry about a thing with billing or management. He showed me my unit and got me fully squared away. Fast forward three years later, we have outgrown our townhouse and are moving out of the area. It was time to clean out and close the storage unit. Heyvette saw us cleaning out and asked us how we were doing and if we needed anything. She made a point to tell us exactly what we needed to do to close out the unit and made the whole process easy. We didn’t finish clearing that day but when I returned today, she remembered me and was so polite and friendly. She even offered to help me load the last couple of items into my truck as I was loading up alone this time! That is above and beyond what I would expect. She is so pleasant and friendly and made a point to ask about my daughter knowing that was why we got the unit. I highly recommend this location! That’s showing you truly care about where you work and the people you are providing customer service too. This place has an excellent team in place.
