    I've used TLC for a couple of years to open, shut down and maintain my sprinkler system. Same guy usually comes out and totally handles everything without me having to lift a finger. Always gets it right. I LOVE that convenience (so he can never leave). He also upgraded my controller and programmed it and I've never been so happy. I do everything from my phone and the app now. The one mistake I made is I should have had TLC do the original install. Five stars for me.

    TLC is incredibly responsive with great customer service -- communication, follow through, on the phone or in your yard nothing but professional -- something we did not enjoy with our previous irrigation company. When we moved, it was an easy choice to have them install our full system as well as provide ongoing maintenance.

    TLC installed both lawn irrigation and landscape lighting systems for my home. I am very pleased with the results. The systems were designed well and expertly installed and maintained. TLC has a highly competent team of installers and maintainers. I am impressed with the company. They use high quality products. They keep their word and are highly dependable. When issues arise which they are responsible for, they take ownership and fix the problem quickly at no charge. They operate in a transparent and straight forward manner. They are readily available and respond quickly. They are very reliable. I especially appreciate the work of Jacob and Wilder. Their work is excellent. They are highly experienced and knowledgeable in both lawn irrigation and lighting. The office staff, especially Caitlin, have been great to work with. I also appreciate Grayden’s technical understanding of the products they use. They really care that the customer is satisfied and have demonstrated that on several occasions. I highly recommend TLC.

    We had a leak in our irrigation system directly underneath our paver patio in the backyard. We called TLC and they assigned Rolando to our project and he did a superb job in solving our leak. Rolando carefully removed the necessary patio pavers to locate and uncover the leak. He carefully laid out the pavers in exact order as removed so he new exactly how to replace them when finished. Rolando excavated around the identified leaking pipe and professionally repaired the leak. He backfilled the hole, leveling to grade, placed new sand base and replaced every paver exactly in the correct layout as before. He made sure all the pavers were tamped down and were at correct grade as the other pavers in the patio. You absolutely cannot tell where he removed/replaced the pavers. Fixed leak! Job well done Fernando. Will always request TLC/Fernando for future irrigation system issues or for annual maintenance!

    I have had a lot of experience with TLC. TLC installed my sprinklers nearly seven years ago and has serviced them since them. I have always been pleased with their service. So when they began to offer gutter cleaning, I called them. Caitlyn, as usual, was very responsive and gave me an appointment right away. Rolando did a great job cleaning out the gutters. I intend to use them regularly from now on.
