    I cannot recommend TLC Incorporated enough for anyone in the DC Metro area in need of top-tier irrigation and lighting services. They are simply outstanding. We have relied upon TLC since 2012 for our lawn sprinkler system and exterior lighting, and their commitment to excellence has been unwavering. Most recently, Wilder, Rudy, and Jacob did extensive repair and modification work on our irrigation and lighting systems. I trust their service so much that I paid, in full, in advance of the work to be performed. While I had not planned to be away while the work was being done, I got called away suddenly on a family emergency, but I was comfortable leaving the job to Jacob and TLC to complete in my absence. When I returned home, the projects were completed and perfect! From the initial consultation to ongoing maintenance, the team at TLC operates with a level of professionalism and expertise that is hard to find. TLC’s technicians are knowledgeable, respectful, and highly competent, ensuring every job is done right the first time.     TLC installed and repaired some low voltage lights in my backyard. Their prices were reasonable and my Project Manager Grayden was very responsive and helpful. He definitely has a can do attitude.

    Pleased with my irrigation system BUT, just wished they could have rescheduled to a day that wasn't raining....because that part of the lawn where the downspout drains and irrigation was installed turned into one big mud pile. Grass seed was just thrown over the mud without any straw to cover. So, now I am paying more to have the areas involved to be resodded!

    We have been using TLC for holiday lights for the past 3 years. They are fantastic to work with! Courteous, professional, quick to respond and do a wonderful job. Lights installed without any hassle and they take them down in January. Easy Peasy! Caitlin has been great to work with as has Wilder! Would absolutely recommend them!

These guys hit the ground running with maximum experience, great communications, excellent follow through, from a clear presentation and explanation to a clear understanding of the progression of the taskings. I would highly recommend this company. I had no doubt this company would make the best choice for me when I could not be there. They are one of the most highly organized companies I have ever dealt with. Well worth working with people who do things right. They had excellent communication - six stars! You get what you pay for. High quality cost more and is well worth it!
