He was so kind he made sure I got to the right place by calling me and texting me the right address. Owen is so sweet too! He called to check in to make sure I was all good with my unit and even though I went to the wrong location he waited for me outside the store and helped me to my locker. I’ve never gotten a locker before so it’s great to know that Extra Space Storage has lockers for a low and affordable price. I only need my locker for short term and it worked out great because they had a promotion and for the length of time I needed it for and the size it just made sense to go with them. I called around and this place was the most cost efficient for what I needed. Owen personally escorted me to my locker and helped me carry some of my things. He helped me open the lock and made sure to show me how to lock and unlock everything. He was patient and kind and took his time with me. To whomever is corporate that looks at these reviews please honor Pablo at the Diamond Ave location and Owen at the Earhart Ct location. They were stellar gentlemen, went above and beyond the call of duty and were so helpful and patient and professional. Please recognize them among their peers and for them raises and a couple of Mercedes Benz cars because they deserve that with the level of care and attention they give their customers. Shout out to Letty/Lettie who is the manager - she was also kind and very warm. So yes if you’re considering where to go for storage, check out this place or any location, they’ll be kind and warm, and so attentive. Check them out, you won’t regret it.

I had a question about the rate increase since I had been renting only a few months and the representative let me stay at the rate I initially had. She didn’t know why it was increased, I was extremely pleased with the outcome. Again I recommend ESS for your storage needs.
