Bought a $1600 GE washer dryer combo unit 9-13 and it still hasn’t functioned as intended! It’s now 11-11! We’ve been bounced between Lowe’s, GE, Eagle repair and now Olympus repair and we still don’t have a functional unit! Lowe’s installer damaged & warped the frame and Lowe’s takes 0 responsibility after a deceiving 48hr opaque policy that the store personnel do not bother to communicate and bring to your attention! I have written names of these employees across the board who take 0 accountability! Not everyone gets to their laundry within 48hrs especially not those caring for the elderly and barely home! It is appalling that after +20 calls, being on hold for several hours that this organization absolutely couldn’t be bothered to make any accommodations!

The parking lot is oddly laid out, but I'm sure that is a feature of the space they had available. People were friendly, and the store was clean. Unfortunately they didn't have what I was looking for this time, but I think it is because Lowes has kind of de-emphasized brass connectors.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
