    There's a serious cultural issue in this particular store – and has been for years – where the customer is viewed as a pure inconvenience to the staff. These folks will watch a person who clearly could use help finding something, but will also stand there screwing around on their phones. Don't bother asking for help, unless you want to feel like an idiot. This isn't my conclusion after one isolated visit...it's an issue that has spanned years at this store.

    Had a very crooked experience the other day went to p.u an item because of an error only to notice after leaving I had been robbed portions of the item I went to lowe's for. Noticed went back to check sure enough they had taken parts needed or gave me a returned Item,didn't give another damned about customer service. I think every job should screen employees before they hire. Bad for business. Cheap labor is not good will turn customers away and leave a stain on your business....For this day

    We ordered a new REEB frontdoor, we were happy with the design. After 7 changes on the delivery date, we finally received it yesterday. After the old door was removed, the contractor opened the box and found a disaster, the interior had broken pieces, badly done, with visible covers for the screws, and worst of all the exterior side has two colors instead of one. The tables that separate the door from the sidelights and the frame are unpainted and even in white, it was cleared with the designer we wanted all in brown and even we have a picture of it. The door look low quality, bad taste and it will be impacting our property value. Lowe’s and REEB should repaired the damage with a new door and installation. The cost for the door was about $13000 and we are receiving a bad, bad door with many changes on the delivery date, with poor design and badly done. We should have a compensation for the waste of time and affecting our property, we have to have the door installed anyway as we don’t have any! It is a disaster. The Lowe’s employees were very nice but they don’t have control on the delivery date changes -7 in total- and the poor door quality and not respecting our design ( we wanted one front door in brown) Lowe’s and REEB should take responsibility for they poor performance.

    Absolutely horrible experience all the workers are using maximum two of their brain cells very unprofessional we were asking to to cut some carpet pads almost 10 people we asked nine of them said we're coming to help you but they never got somebody to come and cut it for us and then at the end we finally get somebody that dude said sorry we don't cut carpet pads after we told multiple people specifically carpet pads I wouldn't recommend going here just go to home Depot

    Not recommended for plumbing supplies all they have is shark bite that is for beginners. We need copper press, copper PVC. We need all the type of valves in the store not shark bite bites.
