    The salespeople here are so kind and helpful. Ashley and Nathan helped me with an issue I had ordering online. They were able to fix my issue quickly and even helped improve our sactional build! Amazing customer service! Can’t wait for our sactional to arrive!

    We ordered our new couches from this location and absolutely love the quality! The customer service was very engaging while being patient with us as we were deciding between multiple options over the course of several months. After they were delivered, we actually exchanged some of cushions for a different fill because we changed our minds in which they accommodated us with no hassle whatsoever. In addition, when I flagged an issue with one of the covers, their manager informed us they will send us a replacement one while without sending the old one back. With the high end quality of the product and the great customer service, I would highly recommend anyone ordering from this location!

    Great experience. Was extremely helpful to visit the store after doing my research online. Good to sit on the different Lay-outs and feel the different fills in the cushions. Sales associates were very knowledgeable and willing to help.

    I love Lovesac, and the experience at the store was very pleasant. The associate was very knowledgeable and friendly, and placing an order took hardly any time at all. Also, everything arrived a couple weeks earlier than predicted, which was great because now we can fill the giant open space in our living room a lot sooner.
