I normally make my payments in person, so when I arrived, there was only a sign saying that in-person payments had to be made at the nearest Extra Space location. When I came to this location, Ms. Linda was incredibly friendly, helpful and felt very genuine in her wanting to help. I was having issues with my card, and she kindly told me I could call back the next day and that she would help me process the payment over the phone—which she did without any problem. Extra Space, I truly hope you’re paying this lady well because she is absolutely amazing 👏
