- JJJamelle JohnsonMar 19, 20265.0This is the best storage space in "Frederick" Nicole is simply the best she is very knowledgeable ,patient, and her customer service is a 10 out of 10..She really helped my daughter Cierra when she first came to Frederick with explaining all the details of renting a storage unit and the size that will suit her needs..Our experience with her has been truly a pleasure from beginning to end....Cierra has moved her things our of storage because she moved and now has a garage...But she has had this storage unit for over 2yrs..Even moving out of the unit Nicole assisted here in her transition.. She will defiinetly rent from they AGAIN! Kuddos to Nicole đź«°đź«°
