Two Maids & A Mop is delighted to provide cleaning services to Frederick residents. We provide one-time and recurring cleaning packages that include spot cleaning and full cleaning from top to bottom. Additionally, we can help landlords and renters with our move-in/move-out house cleaning service.
We are committed to your personal happiness, which is why our personnel are compensated according to our Pay For Performance approach. Following each maid service, we'll simply ask you to rate your two ladies on a 1-10 scale. This rating will have a direct impact on the salary they earn.
