Many of them act like they don’t want to be bothered. It’s not that they are understaffed, today I saw staff standing idle, there were hardly any customers in the store and all I wanted was help to load $1000 worth of hardwood flooring onto a cart. No one was available even from other departments. Very disappointed. I expected to be told “I will get someone to help you”. But never have had trouble like this at the Buckeystown Pike store. Time for a new store manager?
