I have been a customer for years at this store but I won’t shop here ever again. The ‘associates’ here have an attitude problem. Many of them act like they don’t want to be bothered. It’s not that they are understaffed, today I saw staff standing idle, there were hardly any customers in the store and all I wanted was help to load $1000 worth of hardwood flooring onto a cart. No one was available even from other departments. Very disappointed. I expected to be told “I will get someone to help you”. But never have had trouble like this at the Buckeystown Pike store. Time for a new store manager?

Customer service is terrible. Why are customers checking themselves out while employees stand and watch? If they can watch, they can do!. Its ridiculous. Customers should get a discount for checking themselves out.
