He promised to provide a quote for the components within 2t hrs.. He then went on vacation and I never heard from him again. Weeks later I called again and spoke with "Jason" who knew about my previous conversation with the first employee and we set a date for a home visit to create a quote for a complete installation. The date & time came and went with no one showing up. No person, no call, no email. Just a blow off. I called Jason back 5 days later and reviewed my experiences so far with Advanced Wiring Solutions. He really didn't care saying "it's not the first time, we're really busy". I gave them a final chance to make a sale to me but he wasn't interested.
