Been a customer off and on for years in 3 different states. Recently moved back to the DMV and rented a chaise just to have something to sit on for a while. I've had it less than a month and called them to pick it up but was told that there "is a mandatory 10 day waiting period to return the merchandise." Call several times to speak to the manager and each time I was told "he is unavailable." After several attempts, contacted Corporate and was told that the district manager would contact me. To date, I have not heard from Aaron's. Seemingly, it's an issue with the staff when you request to speak to the manager. Unfortunately, this incident has broken my desire to continue a relationship with Aaron's, after many years.

We’ve returned our stackable washer & dryer over a month ago, witch we have on camera they picked up, informed them multiple times it has been picked up & basically now they are harassing my wife everyday by calling & asking about payment when they’ve been had the leased merchandise. Do not rent from them. After having the stackable it would even make noise & not work properly!

I just paid off my TV and like clock work it malfunctions and needs repaired. Called Aaron’s in Forestville MD, they told me they would pick up and send out of state to see if they could fix it. If they can’t fix it I’m out of luck. It could be a couple months before it get it back. No temporary replacement. I will not be buying anything from Aaron’s rental again. They do not support their merchandise or customers.
Leasing to own from Aaron’s can be a great way to get what you want right now. We offer a simple lease program where you make periodic renewal payments, and if you make all of the lease renewal payments or complete an early purchase option, you will own the merchandise. Leasing is a convenient way to get the items you want without a big upfront payment, using credit, or making a long-term commitment. Aaron’s offers a great selection of name brand products, with affordable payments and flexible choices on how to own your merchandise. Aaron’s provides a rental purchase agreement, lease purchase agreement, consumer rental purchase agreement, rent to own agreement, lease agreement with an option to purchase, or lease as applicable by state. It is not a loan, credit, or financing. How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

Will Aaron’s move my merchandise?
Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
