Very negative experience with return. Customer service struggled to handle return despite receipt and item in hand. Would not go to this Lowes again.

Definitely the worst Lowe’s in the DMV area. They won’t accept returns from online orders. Asked me to take a huge/damaged bathtub and vanity to the catensville location bc it’s apparently where it was “shipped” from. FYI, I live 5 mins from the Elkridge location. The front desk team can’t be bothered with questions or concerns. Pretty standard for Lowe’s customer service. I regret not shopping at Homedepot every-time i walk into a Lowe’s. It’s a shame. Do better Lowe’s team.

Garbage customer service. Came in early in the day to use the MinuteKey kiosk because I needed 5 copys and while I was paying, it took my $10 and stopped accepting cash mid transaction so I couldn't pay the rest and I had to cancel the purchase. So it ate my money and sent me a text that EXPLICITLY STATES "Show this text to Customer Service for a refund." and I went and stood in line for Customer Service and they tell me that they don't refund those and to call the MinuteKey customer service. I had to go to work so I left and when I got off I came back later in the day to talk to a manager and I ended up getting the same unwillingness to help. When I asked for a manager, they didn't acknowledge my request, but I heard the PA "Special Assistance" call. This bald African "Manager" that someone told me his name was "Buba", comes over from somewhere and doesn't identify himself as a manager or ask me what happened, but starts telling me how the MinuteKey kiosk isn't their problem basically and that there would be no way to refund me anything because there is nothing they can enter that can allow them to take money out of the register to replace the money that the machine took from me. I asked him for a manager and he hits me with "I am the Manager." so I ask for someone above him to which he replies there is no one above him. So I just wanted to be clear that he didn't want to help me with this and he said he couldn't, which as someone who has been a manager in retail, I know is just unwillingness to put in a little effort to take care of the customer because petty cash is absolutely a thing. The ultimate issue is that the kiosk in INSIDE YOUR STORE, who cares if it's third-party, it OCCUPIES YOUR STORE. It screwed me out of $10 and you could make it right but chose not to. I fully 100% know that none of the employees I delt with today honestly care at all about me or this issue and it gives insight into how other potential issues with purchaes could be handled so I will make an educated consumer decision to no longer do business with this location or potentially any Lowe's going forward as I am fully capable of l buying tools and supplies on Amazon or at Home Depot.

I guess every Lowes has terrible customer service. They refuse to answer the phone, will be on hold for 5 minutes then connect and then they hang up on you.

DO NOT order pick up from this location if it can't fit in a locker. Always takes forEVER (like 30+ minutes) to bring things out or pick them up in store. Going inside the store is fine but the pick up situation is ATROCIOUS regardless of when you try to go pick up.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
