    Terrible customer service especially the store manager. Boba was very rude and dismissive and walks away when u try to have a conversation to explain ur issue. I purchased a defective item and they refused to return it bc it past 30 days. Home depot gives u 90 days and so do most stores. Will never come back.

    We just bought two drawers from Lowe's. We had to wait over five weeks for Diamond to ship them, and they arrived in the condition you see in the picture: the metal rails were loose, and the interior of the drawers themselves were covered in scratches. What an amateur job by the people at Diamond

    Sadly, walked around the whole store looking for something passing many employees, not one spoke to me or acknowledged me. Never found what I was looking for and decided to not get any of the other items I had found wondering the store. They only acknowledgement I received was from the “greeter “ she followed me until I stopped to look at something, kept a distance from me, kept watching me but said not a word. When I decided the service was not going to be what most people expect and o went to leave out the wrong door the “greeter” yelled down the aisle “you want out”. I continued to the only check outs to exit, they were only self check out. Didn’t get the estimates for kitchen cabinets or bathroom enclosures, I went to a mom and pop store and they loved helping me and even got me a contractor to come give the service expected in a store. Now I remember why we canceled our Lowe’s accounts.

    Usually my go to store for all my home improvement needs. Staff is super friendly and always willing to help. The reason for the 4 stars is because their home installed department is lacking good customer service. I recently got my counter tops installed and it was a little bit of a nightmare—they were installed incorrectly and Lowe’s did not help and asked me to deal with the “installation made easy” folks and it took a number of weeks to get fixed and I had to hire contractors on my own to fix the mistake. Having said that, i’ve shopped here for a number of years and my overall experience has been very pleasant. Just don’t get anything installed in your house.

    I tried to get paint here and waited for 5 minutes for the guy at the paint desk to help me. He asked me what I wanted and I told him and then he walked away, was at his computer for another 10 minutes and never spoke to me again and made no response when I tried to ask him a question. I walked away because I can find a better place to spend my money. He watched me as I left and said nothing. Great customer service!
