I deal with a lot of storage facilities for my job and this place puts every single one of them to shame in every single way! Michelle will brighten your day, genuinely make you feel at home the second you walk in the door! And You’ll leave feeling like you’ve been friends for years. They anticipated our every need, went above and beyond, without being asked, to make our experience unbelievably effortless. They TRULY raises the bar for the industry. There were limited units and he mentioned that Extra Space also had a new location in the Abingdon area and would have many more there because it’s new. He phoned ahead and let them know we were coming. Stephon was a delight to talk to and very knowledgeable. We highly recommend Extra Space as our experience with them has been nothing but wonderful!
