- NBNight Court BulliesFeb 24, 20261.0This is by far one of the worst establishments in Talbot county. They never have what you need unless it’s a very very common part or material. You can’t even buy an air gap in store. You can at every other Lowe’s in Maryland. But not this one. If they run out of a certain tile, it will be months before they get any more. If they say your lumber is ready for pickup, no one has even looked at your order yet. If they say they have 264 in stock, there’s a 50/50 chance it’s zero in stock. I want this store to close so we can have something better. Perhaps a Home Depot. For 18 years I’ve been driving to Annapolis and Salisbury to get the things I need for simple projects because this store never has the necessary items. There is almost no one with expertise in anything. Employees will often ask the question “what is that” when you ask them the location of a very common item. It’s awful. This store is hated by everyone in Talbot county and we wish it would close.

I’ve used them for organizing cords, securing tools, tying down gear, and they hold tight without slipping. Way better than cheap zip ties because you can reuse them over and over. Definitely worth the money. Also, the Lowe’s in Easton is top notch. Store is always clean, organized, and easy to find what you need. Staff is friendly and actually helpful, which you don’t always get these days. In and out quick, no hassle. Great experience overall.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
