I have never done anything in my life with these kind of things so called them to make sure work gets done properly. Now I have learnt it is TWO SCREWS removing and putting back. I was not given an estimate before starting the job. When I asked I was quoted 450 dollars with NO SET UP (told me extra 100 dollars, 550 in total, for set up) to install a 25 dollars cheap, ugly, and fragile lock on my front door. I was ripped off even though I refused when the cost was told. Paid 100 dollars to just get hassled for NOTHING!!!!!!!
