- DJDonald C Rapp, Jr.2 days ago3.0I had 3 keys made. All 3 were supposed to be duplicate copies of the original I provided. It was a buy 2, get the 3rd one free offer. So, I went for the deal. When I got home I began to test the 3 copies in the locks of my doors. The first one I tried just absolutely would not work. It went into the keyslot smoothly, but just wouldn't turn. Fortunately, the other 2 copies worked just perfectly. While there, I noticed that posted on the key making machine I was using, there was a statement that guaranteed complete customer satisfaction, or their money back. Obviously, I plan to present the non-working key to the department representative and request that another one be made, at no additional cost to me. I can only hope that the first time was a fluke, especially considering that all 3 copies were being made from the same scan of the original key. My hope is that the replacement key will work just as well as the other 2 that I'd purchased that particular day.
