  Had a great experience picking out a custom couch for our new home. Ended up spending well over $10K. Was promised before we ordered (in Sept) that our order would be received by Thankgiving (over 9 weeks away at the time, with a 6-8 week order time). Called this week and was told Mid-December if we're lucky. The ONLY reason we did this was to have friends and family over for the holiday. I expressed my frustration and was told a manager would reach out to make it right. That was 5 days ago. I'm giving 2 stars, because I'm hoping the quality is good whenever they decide to finish our couch. Incredibly disappointed with being blatantly lied to, and then ignored when I called them out for it.

  I never knew true relaxation until I had my La-Z-Boy sofas. From the moment I sat down, I could feel the quality the fabric is soft the cushions are perfectly supportive, and the reclining motion is smooth and quiet. Mike S. Helped me pick the right size and fabric. Delivery was seamless. Now it’s my go to spot for movie nights and afternoon naps. I really appreciate Mike help and support on selecting the right new furniture for my needs. Absolutely worth it!

  David was friendly without pushing us to decide to purchase right away. He gave us time and space to try out different recliners-and answered our questions without forcing us to go to the top of the line option. It was a wonderful experience and we can’t wait to get our recliner delivered.

  The store rep, Scott Perry, is truly outstanding! He represents the epitomy of an ideal salesperson..... honest, patient, knowledgeable, high moral integrity. He was so enthusiastic in telling us about the various products and materials, describing all in a clear and understandable manner....a true pleasure to work with him!

  The gentleman who sold me the couch was so kind and amazing to work with. The process was smooth and I got to pick out a great couch (very comfortable). While I was still in the store, during the payment process, I was able to pick out and schedule a delivery time for two days later. There were many time slots and days to choose from that week, which made scheduling extremely easy. Well, my time slot came and went with no delivery, phone call, or email. That same evening, I called the store to ask if my items were still on the way. After checking the system, they told me that I was not scheduled for *any* delivery time. I requested to speak with the manager to figure out how I wasn’t in the system and to schedule a new delivery. Now, all of the previously available time slots were gone. She was able to get me scheduled for a new delivery time — but not for another almost two weeks. At the time, I had no furniture in my apartment and this was supposed to be my first piece. While talking with the manager, I asked if she could get me in any sooner, since I was previously scheduled, and she said she would check and call me back in an hour. I never received a call that evening, or the next day. No promises were ever fulfilled from the store or the manager. I eventually received my couch on the new delivery day, but during delivery the cushions were dropped on the wet pavement outside and had to be cleaned. Overall, I am happy with my piece but would NOT recommend purchasing from this location.
