  Just ordered from sweetwater for the first time, and got me a set of strings. I decided to tune my D string a little too high about a week after receiving and it broke which was completely on me. I reached out to one of the service members Kyle who was sure to ask me if everything arrived on time and in good condition(which they did)! When I let him know about the broken string he offered to send me out a new set on the house before I even asked! I will definitely continue to order from sweetwater!

  I've been with Sweetwater pools since I first moved into my first home with a pool in August of this year. They were initially very pleasant to deal with (other than their prices being so high) their level of professionalism, attention to detail, and reputation set them apart. Or so I thought until closing my pool this year. I was highly disappointed in the timeliness of the technician (over 2 hours after the scheduled 3 hour time window that Sweetwater scheduled themselves). I was not informed of any delay and I took what I anticipated to be a half-day off work (ended up being a full day) to be there to discuss my first pool closing with the technician. (strike 1) I noticed the van in front of the house and went out to greet the technicians. I found them going through my basement looking for a pool cover. No one in my home was not Informed of their arrival. I am a veteran suffering from PTSD with a young child and a large breed dog. It is absolutely necessary to inform customers when you enter their homes. (for everyone's safety) (strike 2). To top it off the technician left without addressing the work that they had done. No interaction with me whatsoever, other than to grab pool equipment out of my basement and off my shelves. I EXPECT to be afforded the opportunity to review and go over every single service visit at the conclusion of the work. I had no idea what I was supposed to do following the work order as this was my first pool closing, and had to call to discuss over the phone. (Strike 3 all in one day). I would heavily recommend against using this company. Spend your money on a company that values their customers.
