As experienced by others, I had a less than pleasant experience with the man who works there. I tried to get a small item framed, and was trying to text some examples to my wife. She was asking to see a few more and he was like "no, that wont' be deep enough," as if I should know. And I guess he got impatient because he asked if it needed to be done before Christmas, then basically said come back after Christmas, I won't be as busy, and "I really need to get back to work." Sorry but that just tells me you don't need my business and that I'm an inconvenience to you. No idea what his prices are like but I don't need to find out.
