- APAriel PlazaOct 29, 20252.0Visited this store for the first time last week. Got home and realized an item I thought I purchased was missing. Called the store and explained the situation. I’m not sure if there was a disconnect in the communication but they were very rude and switched the energy to a more respectable tone when I asked whom I was speaking with. Yvonne (name of rude worker) told me to come in the next day. The next day I did come in. It took 3 workers to understand the situation. The final worker was trying to say it would look funny on the camera if she gave me what I was asking and tried to insinuate I was possibly trying to steal. I asked them to review the cameras as I had the date and time on receipt. It took over 30minutes. I left my number and asked for a call back, no one ever did. They also kept my receipt. I went home and found that I actually did have an item for the price $6.49 and I remembered putting the vase back at the register because it was cracked. Negative experience with this location and I won’t be back. People make mistakes.
