Two years later, a part broke on the washer and R Brooks quoted a price of $1800 to fix a $1000 machine. I ended up buying a new machine. Just today, I called to have my dishwasher handle fixed. I had purchased the handle because I thought it would be an easy fix. It is not, so I called R Brooks. They said there was no way they could use my part without even looking at it. And when I complained, they hung up on me. Rude owners who will sell overpriced appliances without standing behind them or appreciating returning customers. Repair staff has been very knowledgeable. I’m sorry they work for bad owners. I will Never buy from them again

The delivery guys were neat and very careful installing our appliances. The service that we received from Bobby and Omro was nothing short of fantastic! They worked tirelessly to fix our dishwasher. I was amazed at the expertise that these men had in working on our dishwasher. Thank you for a wonderful experience from start to finish.
