  They allowed someone to open a credit card in my name because they didn’t do their due diligence to check identification. And they couldn’t be bothered to respond to me, not even an apology for their lack of competence. I live no where near the store, nor the state, but I’d caution anyone from using them.

  I’ve bought every appliance I’ve owned for the past 20 years from Brooks and wouldn’t think of buying anyplace else. The service is great. They even sent someone on Christmas Eve within an hour of my call The service people are kind, efficient, professional, and honest—not trying to sell me something I don’t need.
