On January 4, 2026 we went to Lowe’s Home Improvement to buy wood pellets.I was disgusted by the total focus on self check out only. Why should I be forced to check out my own goods? I am not trained or paid to do this job. Moreover, what about the people who worked there. Lowe’s once offered jobs to the community. Now AI has taken most cashiers’ jobs. Consequently I only go
to Lowe’s for convenience. However, I am now actively seeking other sources for home goods. You have no loyalty to our community. So, I no longer will have loyalty to you. I use to enjoy going to Lowe’s. Now, I only use it for convenience.
