- RSRichard Szumloz6 days ago1.0Came in to return some lattice that we decided not to use. Yes we were over the 90 day return window and yes we didn’t have a receipt (our contractor purchased it) but it’s plastic lattice and not damaged and you still sell it. The purchase by the contractor was found in the system. Return person was very unhelpful and manager wouldn’t even look at us just gave us a flat no. Home Depot would have done the override, they’ve done it for me plenty of times. I will take make my future purchases there.

Waited all day for them to fill a mobile order which was in stock then when I came next day to get it curbside, I had to come in the store after about 25 minutes waiting in my car after check in. I tried calling, no answer. I walked in and asked where my order was. It wasnt even ready. Employee Michael had to go look for it. What's the convenience in mobile and curbside pick up if the order is not filled correctly or misplaced? Michael was nice enough to fill and stack the order within a few minutes and bring to my car.

It was very difficult for them to communicate and gave poor directions and wrong information on how to pick up an order. They made us feel they were very inconvenienced to help us. On the other hand the rest of the employees in the store (4 helped us) were outstanding. It's too bad both of the front line reps were so unhelpful, negative, incorrect and rude.

Glen Burnie Lowes tried to help us by calling this location over and over again and we have been trying to call as well. No one ever answers! Are we going to have to drive all the way to Bowie? It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
