    I understand the thought of preventing theft, but being rude to customers scanning their own items and halfway through an employee decides to do it for me... Umm no. Open regular registers then. You all decided to open self services registers. When I say no, I got it and get questioned for it rudely, yeah I am going to be annoyed. I have never not scanned anything, review your cameras on the registers, open regular registers again and stop being rude to customers. This is ridiculous and not good customer services at all.

    I will NEVER use Lowes again. I ordered 14 windows 3 months ago, shortly after order, they installed only 5 with the right size, returned the other 9, then cancelled my order. Worst part, never got a refund and paid for the entire 14 window installation. Months later, I still haven't gotten a clear answer where my windows are, there seems to never be am assigned project manager, they just refer to "notes" and then tell you they will call you back. 3 months, and still waiting for my windows. Do yourself a favor, I've had orders in the past with Lowe's and Everytime, there is an issue. Just go to a real professional for work. These guys are far from project managers.

    We just bought a washer and dryer from Lowe’s. Peter was our salesperson and did a great job. He helped us make our decision. We also want to give a huge shout out to our delivery men - Emerson and Edwin. They were amazing, incredible, and extraordinary! They had to deliver our washer/dryer down our very long driveway that was icy and quite narrow. They even hauled away our old washer/dryer. It was a lot of work but very much appreciated. They did a really great job!

    I visited this store to buy 1 machine screw and a nut. That's all I needed. It was about 20 min to closing and the store was dead. The screw is not common, so when I could not find an associate to assist, I walked back to the front and asked a gentleman standing near customer service if he could either help me or get someone to help me. He said he would call someone, so I went back to the aisle to wait. After about 10 minutes I walked back towards the front and I explain to a female associate that I have been waiting for someone to help me and asked if she had a way of calling someone. She immediately called someone through the PA system using her handheld device. I don't know if they have another way of calling someone to assist, but the first gentleman did not make a call over the PA. I went back to the aisle and by that time there was 5 minutes until they closed. No one ever came. I went back to the front and spoke with the lady who had called for assistance and told her no one ever came. I explained that I did not live close to the store and asked if she could at least see if they had the item in stock. She was kind enough to look it up on her device, but (no fault of her) when I went to locate it, it had a different type of head that I needed. The most frustrating part is at least one associate walked by the aisle and looked straight at me after she made the call over to PA. This trip was a complete waste of my time. I will never visit this location again. ( the woman who assisted me was great though)
