While the website is helpful and packed with information, nothing compares to the in-person support we received from Sharleta. She was incredibly patient with all our questions and genuinely informative at every step. What really stood out was Sharleta’s customer service. She never pressured us to buy a bigger couch or go for the most expensive fabric. Instead, she guided us through every detail, from playing with the magnetic blocks to feeling all the different fabric options and exploring the various couch fillers. Sharleta made the whole process seamless, walking us through each step and making sure my wife and I felt confident in our decision. Thanks to her, we ended up with a 4-piece sectional that’s perfect for our home. If you’re considering a Lovesac, I highly recommend visiting the Montgomery Mall location and asking for Sharleta. Her outstanding service made all the difference!

She made it so much easier and ensured that I got an extra 5% off since I’m in law enforcement. Also, Sharleta asked if I had a Regency Card and offered to see if she could get me 0% for 12 months on it. I was able to get a sale price, plus an additional 5%, and the 0%! I was able to get it cheaper than expected. Really appreciated the service she provided.

It's too expensive. I priced out a 7 person sectional and it cost $8500. That's ridiculous, modularity or not. I'd rather pay a quarter of the cost for something just as big thats not modular.
