  Sometimes staff is very knowledgeable about the company policy but how they explain it to customers is less than understandable. And when you question what they say they dont help you to understand. And just leave you with more questions. Poor management. Layman terms is important for understanding and comfort level is good and willing to stay. Creating an environment that to the customer is a little confusing only enables the customer to find another place.

  I rented a U-Haul trailer from here after my reservation was canceled by another location. The staff here were very friendly to deal with and super informative. The property ,grounds and office is very clean . Well run location. Thank for your help!

  I had a great experience at Your Space Storage in Hickory. I recieved amazing service from Kaitlyn, what an amazing asset to the company. Not only was she friendly and knowledgeable but when I ordered the wrong size unit, she went out of her way to show me all the sizes and made the transition so easy! 100% recommend, ask for Kaitlyn!
