- CBCierra BinnsSep 7, 20251.0I will never buy a pool from this place again. I had paid over 3,000 for a pool and a lot pieces were not there. Customer service didn’t help , said they were going to send parts and only sense one parts. The over parts has not even got here and it’s been over 3 weeks. If I could return this pool, I would have did that but I didn’t know it was a no return policy until after purchase. Which is ridiculous to me, especially since I paid so much money. This is a place that I will never do business with again. Summer is over and I’m still missing parts , yall need to do better!!!!!!
- JEJason ErlineAug 30, 20255.0I buy all my pool supplies and chemicals from leslies, they have a repair shop in the back, and they don't charge you for diagnostics if you bought the item there from what I was told by the cashier. The repair shop does take a while to get back to you, ive had a pool vaccum in since August and have had to call several times without any kind response. The staff are knowledgeable and help every visit. They even helped me find a place to order Baqauacil since they no longer carry the sanitizer or shock.

The guy working there was busy struggling in the back with some assembly instead of checking out his customers. Maybe prioritize the people ready to spend money next time
