  I had a great experience thanks to Angela, Myke, and Rod. All three of them were incredibly helpful and made sure I was able to get everything I needed. They were patient, friendly, and had such positive attitudes the entire time. Rod especially stood out—he was working so hard, constantly taking calls and walking around helping everyone, yet he still took the time to assist me. Angela went above and beyond by saving me money on delivery—she cleverly used her SmartNest to help get the dresser into my car, which I really appreciated. Myke also made a big effort by going to the back to check for a refrigerator for me. Overall, it was a truly great experience. The staff here are very nice, helpful, and genuinely willing to do their job well. I highly recommend stopping by!

  Vincent and the rest of the crew provided a 5-star experience. My first visit was when my stove broke the day before Thanksgiving. After going to several other stores with no luck for same day availability, I came here and was able to purchase a stove and pick it up the same day. The deal was great, and the appliance has been reliable ever since. Since then, I’ve purchased several more items, including appliances and cabinet hardware. Each time, the experience has exceeded my expectations. Deliveries have always been quick, on time, and hassle free. I highly recommend this location!

  Save your money and time. By the time you add the delivery fee and haul away, you’re paying about the same had you gone to the regular Lowe’s. We traveled an hour and a half to the store and bought a dryer. The dryer was delivered and did not work so we returned it. The delivery fee was not refundable, even though the dryer didn’t work. So, we spent $125 (the delivery fee) to travel 3 hours and get nothing out of it Edit to add: the “owner” responded down below. We called the number, which is just the regular Lowe’s customer service number. Of course they directed us back to the outlet store. Just don’t want others to think that they are actually correcting the inconvenience caused by them just because the “owner” responds to call a number. It’s just a tactic to make readers believe they have good customer service.

  It’s a good store overall in terms of the products that they have, but it seems as if they are much more understaffed than a Home Depot. But overall a good company.
