Wanted to get mulch on sale. Salesperson said he had no one to load. Told him, At 78 I thought i could still load, not realizing that meant not getting off the parking lot but from the rear of garden center, pushing 10 bags onto parking lot and loading in my truck. Worst of all, 2 workers with lowes vest on passed me loading and kept going. I went inside to make a complaint, person at desk said would get a manager. No one answered the phone. How terrible to treat people like this.

Jonathan K at Lowe’s was so helpful! I had a pick up order which unfortunately was sent to the wrong store via ordered online… the lady at the store pick up department was NOT helpful at all- telling me I needed to cancel the whole order & re order to this store - I found Jonathan & asked for assistance, immediately he went into action & helped me to get ALL of my items sent to this location without having to cancel anything - nor require me to lift a finger or have any worries!! I bought a gas dryer from Lowes w/installation included. The installation team showed and I had a hard time understanding their broken english (hispanic) . They toln me I had to call BGE to shut off the gas because they couldn"t shut the valve off w/the the substandard tools they had. Luickily I had the tools that could do the job. Then they said I needed a new gas valve because the one that was already there and working was not in the right spot. They cited code issues and charged me an extra $165.00 for a $10.00 part.
After the inspector came out he said they were wrong and that was between the installers and me.

I had a big order for my spring clean-up that included 24 bags of black mulch, four bags of compost, and two bags of weed and feed. The order was a curbside pickup. I had to make two trips to complete the pickup. Three young men, Jamal, Kyree, and one other, along with the young lady at the returns desk were so helpful and patient with me. I hate that I forgot two of the employees names. The Towson Lowes has some true gems over there. GOOD JOB YALL!!!!

How do I check my order status?

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
