She took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s not every day you come across someone who truly cares about customer service, but Keshawn definitely stands out. She made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision, and her positive attitude really made a difference. If you’re looking for a storage place with excellent service, I highly recommend this location—ask for Keshawn at one of the Baltimore locations

We needed a space to stick some stuff for a short time while the house is getting remodeled. Joann is the best part about this place. She runs a tight ship and she's helpful and hysterical. I interrupted her lunch and she still took care of me. You should rent from here just to work with her. She's honest and is open about all the costs and fees. She made this process more of an errand than an ordeal. Give her a raise. Joann for President.
