- CECole EicholtzMar 21, 20261.0Avoid this place. They will entice you to bring your business here with low introductory offers and raise your rates by double, at least. The manager, Brianna, will not do anything about it and is happy to set your move out date so you can take business to a more compassionate competitor. Don’t waste your time, I have been a storage unit holder for years and retention is a very easy thing for them to offer and this one does not. They also lock the bathrooms so customers cannot use it (I have seen it myself) while the staff on site sits in their vehicles and won’t come in to let you use the restroom. The place is also full of vacant units and units they have placed a lock over the customers lock because they aren’t getting paid. The parking lot is small and the technology on the mobile app is not as good as leading competitors. ExtraSpace - just keep in mind how many storage units are popping up all over the country and multiple in the same zip code. We don’t need you, you need us and simple retention is what lost you another customer.
