The staff is friendly and professional; they gave tips about how to optimize space etc. When I was moving out, there was a genuine conversation about why and whether or not I had complaints about their service. I moved back into my place and needed my stuuff--- so I had no complaints at all! If I ever need storage again, I'm coming back! I highly recommend this storage company and this specific location.
