There is nothing they won't do to make sure the customer is satisfied, including Carmelina coming out to make sure it's done right. They have an awesome team that has been around a long time. Strongly recommended.
- LLLiloDec 11, 20251.0Some of the house was done properly. They damaged our bathtub with harsh cleaner. Erased a whiteboard that I use for work without telling me. They also didn't clean efficiently. Their idea of tidying was putting random objects they found inside of a hat and a guitar case. There were still spots that looked untouched in our house. We are still waiting for a clear answer as to how they plan to rectify the damage they caused. They gave us a vague answer about"looking into this with explanations." Like most homeowners I don't want explanations about damaged property, I want reimbursement and a genuine apology. The company offered neither upfront.
