  I got a great deal on a scratch and dent refrigerator. The salesperson asked if I needed an ice maker hose. I declined. She scanned one anyway! I thought maybe I could return it if it was the wrong one. I couldn’t use it. Never opened the package. WARNING: it cannot be returned! Don’t let them sell you anything extra! Buy it at a.regular store because all sales at the outlet center are FINAL!

  Big waste of time at least if you don't live like 20 miles from the store. They do not deliver in Pennsylvania per the supervisor I spoke with. Originally they stated within 75 miles they deliver but apparently not. They only hold the items for 48 hours even though it has an option on their computer to pick a pick up date in 60 days. It is just a big inconvenience for the average shopper the return policy is also 48 hours.

  BUYER BEWARE — Extremely Disappointing Delivery Experience I had a very frustrating experience with the Lowe’s Outlet. The refrigerator I selected in the store was in good condition when I photographed it, but the unit that arrived at my home had several large dents that were not present originally. It was delivered with no protective packaging at all—no plastic, padding, or box—just placed straight onto the truck and brought in. I contacted the store multiple times trying to resolve the issue, but was informed that the delivery fee of $125 would not be refunded. I also attempted to speak with the store manager, and was told this outcome was “policy,” which was incredibly disappointing. Based on my experience with the delivery crew and the lack of support afterward, I would not purchase from the Lowe’s Outlet again.

  Rediculous. Spend 50 or 100 bucks more in store and get the same item brand new. No greats diacounts here unless the damage is significant. Seems like a scam. Staff very kind tho.

  Tried to buy a refrigerator yesterday. Sales person name was Carl. Hardly could put our information in the system. Well, after like half an hour he said that their system is down, wrote our name and phone number on the piece of paper and told that he will tape it to our fridge, it is all good to finish our purchase the next day. Someone called us next day and suggested to pay on the phone, we said we will pay in person tonight. At that time they confirmed to my husband that everything was fine, we can do it and they won’t sell it to anyone. Now (that is the next day) my husband comes to finish the purchase - and the fridge is sold! The one is left has more dents and scratches. Don’t deal with Carl - I suspect that he never put any paper on the fridge. Very disappointing service, super upset. Update: other sales person could help with final purchase with no issues. But come to find out at that time that Carl actually told them to sell that fridge even though they tried to hold it for us! Also, Carl tried to force us yesterday to buy water line saying that if we won’t - we will cancel manufacture’s warranty. Came out not to be true. Very glad that other knowable sales person was able to help us tonight.
