Can win for a sump pump was showed one out of the box asked why it was out of box he told me probably because someone wanted to see it out of the box .ok now you come back and say I forgot to mention if you buy this it is being sold as is I asked okay what is the as is issue? He says I don’t know but you can just go to Home Depot they sell a bunch in the box wow! Rude wrong and I will never patron Lowe’s again ridiculous and shady

This was the worst experience I have had with a delivery. Lowe's used a 3rd party delivery service , which are assigned the installation of in this case a washing machine. They have a wording to avoid the work, pay fir installation kit ($47) and the installation is free. The hose on the machine did not reach the out pipe, so they left, and did not install the water lines, which did reach the destination points. So, I have to go tobthe store to return the water lines. The old water lines are present. Only needed help switching W-D positions to have this a completed process. Lowe's employees like to tell you ,"you don't understand". Okay. I understand I paid for parts and with those parts a free installation service was included in the purchase. Lowe's do not send there company representatives for the delivery and thise sent were not prepared for anything more than - open the box and screw it on service. I have a washer, just sitting. I do not recommend thus type of service and at such a high cost.

My wife sent me to Lowe’s in search of a snake plant. I had no idea of what I was looking for lol. When I got to the store I was met by Ms Maxine in the Garden Center. She was heaven sent. Such a sweet nice lady. Customer service was 10 stars. She helped me find the plant for our needs. Even told me to buy a saucer so the water wouldn’t leak out the bottom of the plant. Over all great experience this morning. Thank you Ms Maxine keep up the great work.

I called the store to get pricing for a toilet install. After being on hold for 10 minutes, I hung up and called back. The operator said or they are on break. She would leave a note for them to call back after break. They have not called back.
