They were friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful! They even informed me that they are able to paint match as long as I bring in a dime size piece from the door.

We have been patient for a very long time for Lowes to complete a cabinet job. At least 50% of the cabinets have been damaged, they have sucky contractors who are incompetent. In the end, the consumer loses with them taking your money and not following through on what they promised. RUN RUN RUN.

The rep told me to exchange the mower and have me all the information needed to do so. When I arrived at Lowe's in Catonsville they processed my old mower as a return and told me to use my credit card to purchase the new one. I told them that the account was closed. I tried to walk out of the store with my mower and she told me I was stealing since they processed it as a return. After several minutes of going back and forth I left. I will never use Lowe's or Kobalt again. Negative stars are needed.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
