    My wife sent me to Lowe’s in search of a snake plant. I had no idea of what I was looking for lol. When I got to the store I was met by Ms Maxine in the Garden Center. She was heaven sent. Such a sweet nice lady. Customer service was 10 stars. She helped me find the plant for our needs. Even told me to buy a saucer so the water wouldn’t leak out the bottom of the plant. Over all great experience this morning. Thank you Ms Maxine keep up the great work.

    I called the store to get pricing for a toilet install. After being on hold for 10 minutes, I hung up and called back. The operator said or they are on break. She would leave a note for them to call back after break. They have not called back.

    I was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received today. As a loyal customer who has spent over $5,000 here in 2025 alone across more than 75 transactions, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism. Unfortunately, the customer service representative, Mykia, was dismissive and unprofessional during our interaction, which left me feeling disrespected rather than valued. I am sharing this feedback in the hope that Latrice Jolly, the store manager, will address this behavior and remind the team of the importance of treating all customers with respect, dignity, and simple pleasantries. Latrice, once I get an acknowledgement of a coaching conversation has occurred, I will gladly revise my rating. I don’t want the action of one employee tarnish the rating of a really great team like Dan, Mike, Veni, just to name a few.
