She was heaven sent. Such a sweet nice lady. Customer service was 10 stars. She helped me find the plant for our needs. Even told me to buy a saucer so the water wouldn’t leak out the bottom of the plant. Over all great experience this morning. Thank you Ms Maxine keep up the great work.

As a loyal customer who has spent over $5,000 here in 2025 alone across more than 75 transactions, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism. Unfortunately, the customer service representative, Mykia, was dismissive and unprofessional during our interaction, which left me feeling disrespected rather than valued. I am sharing this feedback in the hope that Latrice Jolly, the store manager, will address this behavior and remind the team of the importance of treating all customers with respect, dignity, and simple pleasantries. Latrice, once I get an acknowledgement of a coaching conversation has occurred, I will gladly revise my rating. I don’t want the action of one employee tarnish the rating of a really great team like Dan, Mike, Veni, just to name a few.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
