The last place I looked at only gave an address. It could have said inside Safeway. It doesn't have to be so difficult. However, I did manage to get the key made and the key worked with no issues. So I guess in the end I sought out a locksmith and got what I was searching for. A little pricey, but it's a kiosk that I wasn't aware of. I assumed it was an actual business until I arrived.
