Not sure who I spoke to but he checked my account and adjustment/reduction is there. Thank you to corporate and the employees at the Howard St location for understanding about the increase. We have so many things that is increasing... bge, food, water....it is nice to find someone is listening to our concerns. Happy Friday 13th.
