I especially want to give a shout out to Ms. Keshawn at this location. She went above and beyond to ensure my concern was brought to management attention. She could’ve stopped there but, she followed up to ensure I was satisfied with the results. I hope she is valued by management has much as I value her presence. Her Boss I believe her name is Katherine in that location is definitely a great example of leadership she was very attentive as well. Great job Keshawn may you continue to excel.
