I wondered why I had to buy a lock with the rental, but when got to unit I saw that the lock fit into a recess and was more secure than an exposed padlock. No need to stop at office, lock was waiting inside my unit. Space was clean and dry. Four wheel flat carts are throughout bldg to transport your goods in and out. Parking/driveway loops around building, so easy in and out esp. if you have a trailer or rental truck. Nothing bad to say, just moved in, have rented here many moons ago and no problems then. (Local's tip: traffic on Eastern can be heavy in the afternoon. When leaving you may want to take the frontage road on Eastern up to get the light at Pembrooke.)
