The fact that it was 3 days after I secured a unit was amazing to me. He was very personable and enjoyed our interaction. The only downside is the location. Apple Maps kept sending me to Interstate 395 that went over the location. It took me 3 tries to finally get there. Maybe it should be a ding on Apple, but it needs to be fixed somewhere.
